BY ACCESSING OUR WEBSITE, CREATING AN ACCOUNT, OR ENROLLING IN ANY PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THEIR ENTIRETY.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using our website, enrolling in any course or program, purchasing any product, or receiving any certification or fellowship credential from MEDESUN or PMBAUSA LLC, you ("Student," "User," "You") confirm that:

- You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS REGARDING CERTIFICATIONS AND FELLOWSHIPS
3.1 PMBAUSA / MEDESUN Certifications and Fellowships Are Independent Credentials
PMBAUSA LLC and MEDESUN Medical Coding Academy offer their own proprietary certifications, certificates of completion, and fellowship designations to students who successfully complete our courses and programs.
YOU MUST CLEARLY UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE THE FOLLOWING:
All certifications, certificates, fellowships, and credentials issued by PMBAUSA LLC and/or MEDESUN Medical Coding Academy are privately awarded by PMBAUSA LLC, an independent educational organization.
These credentials are purely voluntary and are awarded solely at the discretion of PMBAUSA LLC upon meeting our internal course completion requirements.
PMBAUSA / MEDESUN certifications and fellowships are NOT recognized, endorsed, approved, affiliated with, or accredited by any of the following organizations or any of their subsidiaries, affiliates, or successors:
- The American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA)
- The American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC)
- The American Medical Association (AMA)
- The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)
- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)
- Any federal, state, or local government agency or regulatory body
- Any accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
- Any hospital, health system, insurance company, or healthcare employer
PMBAUSA / MEDESUN is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of AHIMA, AAPC, CMS, AMA, or any government organization. Any reference to these organizations in our course materials is solely for educational and informational purposes.
Our certifications and fellowships do not replace, substitute for, or carry the same recognition as credentials issued by AHIMA (such as CCS, RHIA, RHIT, CCA) or AAPC (such as CPC, COC, CRC, CPMA) or any other nationally or internationally recognized credentialing body.
Employers, hospitals, insurance payers, and healthcare organizations may not recognize or accept PMBAUSA / MEDESUN certifications or fellowships as equivalent to or a substitute for AHIMA or AAPC credentials or any other industry-recognized certification.
3.2 Fellowships Are Voluntary Honorary Designations
Any fellowship designation offered by PMBAUSA LLC or MEDESUN Medical Coding Academy (including but not limited to any "Fellow of MEDESUN" or similar title) is:
- A voluntary, honorary recognition awarded by PMBAUSA LLC to acknowledge a student's completion of advanced coursework or programs within the MEDESUN platform.
- Not a professional licensure, government-recognized credential, or regulated designation of any kind.
- Not affiliated with or recognized by AHIMA's FAHIMA fellowship, AAPC's fellowship programs, or any other organization's fellowship program.
- Awarded solely based on internal MEDESUN criteria, which PMBAUSA LLC reserves the right to modify at any time.
Students are encouraged to clearly communicate the independent and private nature of any MEDESUN or PMBAUSA fellowship when listing it on a resume, LinkedIn profile, or any professional document.
4. NO JOB GUARANTEE OR EMPLOYMENT ASSURANCE
4.1 No Guarantee of Employment
PMBAUSA LLC and MEDESUN Medical Coding Academy make absolutely no guarantee, promise, representation, or warranty — express or implied — that:
- Completing any course, program, or certification will result in employment, job placement, a job interview, a job offer, or career advancement.
- You will earn any specific salary, hourly rate, or income as a result of completing our programs.
- Employers will hire, interview, or consider you based on a MEDESUN or PMBAUSA certification or fellowship alone.
- You will pass any external certification exam (such as AHIMA CCS, AAPC CPC, or any other) as a result of completing our courses.
4.2 Career Resources Are Informational Only
Any career guidance, salary information, job market data, resume tips, or employment resources provided by MEDESUN are offered for general informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute professional career counseling, legal advice, or a guarantee of any specific outcome.
Actual employment outcomes vary significantly based on individual effort, prior experience, geographic location, market conditions, employer requirements, and many other factors outside MEDESUN's control.
5. ACCURACY OF CONTENT AND EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS

- Verify all coding, billing, and compliance information against the most current official sources before applying it in any clinical, professional, or employment setting.
- Stay current with coding updates issued by the AMA, CMS, AHIMA, AAPC, and other authoritative bodies.

Students are strongly encouraged and directed to consult the following official, authoritative sources for the most accurate and current medical coding and billing information:

6. ENROLLMENT, PAYMENTS, AND REFUND POLICY
6.1 Enrollment
By completing the enrollment process on our Thinkific platform and submitting payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and confirm your intent to participate in the selected course or program.
6.2 Pricing
All course prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. PMBAUSA LLC reserves the right to change course pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect enrollments that have already been completed and paid.
6.3 Refund Policy

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting MEDESUN to resolve the issue may result in immediate suspension of your account and access to all course materials.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONTENT OWNERSHIP
7.1 MEDESUN Content
All course materials, videos, lectures, slides, quizzes, assessments, study guides, downloadable resources, branding, logos, and other content available on the MEDESUN platform are the exclusive intellectual property of PMBAUSA LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
7.2 Restrictions on Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and use course materials solely for your own personal educational purposes. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, upload, post, or transmit any course content in any form.
- Share your account login credentials with any other person.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any course materials.

8. USER CONDUCT AND ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to use MEDESUN's platform and services in a lawful and respectful manner. You must not:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or enrollment.
- Attempt to cheat on any quiz, assessment, or certification exam.
- Misrepresent a MEDESUN or PMBAUSA certification or fellowship as a credential from AHIMA, AAPC, or any other recognized organization.
- Engage in abusive, harassing, or disruptive behavior toward instructors, staff, or fellow students.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with our platform or technology systems.
- Use our platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
PMBAUSA LLC reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without refund if you violate these conduct standards.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PMBAUSA LLC, MEDESUN MEDICAL CODING ACADEMY, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, courses, or credentials.
- Loss of employment, income, business opportunity, or professional reputation related to the use of any MEDESUN or PMBAUSA certification, fellowship, or credential.
- Inaccuracies or errors in course content, coding guidelines, or educational materials.
- Technical failures, interruptions, or unavailability of our website or Thinkific platform.
- Third-party actions, including decisions by employers, credentialing bodies, or government agencies regarding the recognition of MEDESUN credentials.
IN NO EVENT SHALL PMBAUSA LLC'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MEDESUN IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PMBAUSA LLC, MEDESUN Medical Coding Academy, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of our services or platform.
- Your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Your misrepresentation of any MEDESUN or PMBAUSA credential or fellowship.
- Any content you submit or post on our platform.
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

PMBAUSA LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
- Our platform will be available at all times or free of errors or interruptions.

- Completion of any course will result in employment, salary increase, or professional advancement.
- Any certification or fellowship issued by MEDESUN will be recognized by any employer, credentialing body, or government agency.
